SHIPPING POLICY

Ground Shipping - FREE! - Expected Arrival is 5-7 business days.

UPS 2nd Day - $35 - Expected Arrival is 2 Business Days.

UPS overnight - $60 - Expected Arrival is the Next Business Day.


You must order by 12:00 noon, EST for 2nd Day and Overnight shipping.

At this time, we do not ship to freight forwarders or offer international shipping.


Same Day Delivery:

Just can’t wait for your order? If you live in a reasonable proximity to our store, we will do our best to meet same day delivery requests. Just contact our our store at 901-767-4640 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (CT), Monday-Saturday.




ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST, on a weekend or on a holiday, will be processed the next business day.

Our E-Concierge, Norma, will always email your tracking numbers once orders have been dispatched so you’ll know exactly where your “goodies” are. Please reach out to Norma at our E-Concierge desk with processing questions at 1-844-855-4847.

 


ORDER STATUS

As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information.






SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

To ensure a safe delivery, a signature will be required upon delivery of orders containing a single item over $5,000. Signatures required upon delivery will be noted on your order and shipping confirmation email.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Whether you shop in-store, online, or are a gift recipient, we want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you buy. Feel free to return your purchases if you are not completely satisfied with them, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the price you paid. Please note that all sale jewelry, special orders, and custom-made clothing, jewelry, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned. Items must be unworn, unwashed, include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when they were purchased.

Quick and Simple Returns: We have three easy ways to return online merchandise. We will begin processing your return the day we receive your returned merchandise. Each bank handles card refunds differently, but your refund should show on your statement within 3-5 business days. Maybe sooner.




 

  • 1. In-Store (It’s FREE!)

    Return your purchase in person (it doesn’t matter where your order shipped from) and one of our Style Advisors will be happy to help you process your refund, make an exchange for a different size, or select a new item.


     

  • 2. UPS Ground with Pre-Paid Return Label

    Just pack up the items to be returned and pop on the pre-paid return label included in the original shipment. Next, schedule a pick-up with UPS by calling 1-800-823-7459. Alternatively, you can drop your shipment off at your local UPS store or at any UPS facility. To find your nearest store visit UPS.com. Once we process the return, we will charge a flat rate of $10 for processing.


     

  • 3. Shipping Method of Your Choice

    You can send items back via the shipping service of your choice to the below address. Please enclose your packing slip to help us identify your order. Don’t forget to keep your packing slip and the tracking number from the delivery service you use.
